Returns & Refunds Policy

To request cancellation before dispatch, contact us with your order number. Cancellation is effective only after our confirmation. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged for a change of mind or other personal reasons.

Please report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a video showing the parcel and the items received. Following verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Suspected losses in transit will be handled based on the carrier’s investigation.

Minor external packaging wear that does not affect the product itself, and dissatisfaction with random card pulls, do not qualify for a return or refund.

Contact us for approval before sending any items back. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. The time taken for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
