Shipping Policy

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery takes 6–12 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs inspections, peak shipping periods or carrier delays may affect these estimates.

Pre-order products follow the estimated dispatch arrangements stated on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items and you need the in-stock items sent first, please contact us before ordering.

Import duties and customs clearance fees are included and covered by MiraCard. If your carrier requests separate payment for either charge, please contact us before paying.

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Please check your delivery address and contact details before completing payment. For suspected parcel loss or serious damage on arrival, contact us for assistance under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
