Product Introduction

This product is NARUTO - Smriti Collectible Cards - Chapter Jin Series 4. Continuing the theme of witnessing the journey of ninjas, Series 4 officially advances the storyline into Naruto: Shippuden.

At the beginning of Shippuden, Naruto returns after completing his training and reunites with his friends as the new Team 7 begins a new chapter, while the presence and schemes of the Akatsuki gradually emerge. More popular characters from the Shippuden storyline will also make their appearances throughout the series.

In addition to selected content carried forward from Series 3, the newly designed SP rarity returns, while the new ◇SP cards feature even more advanced printing techniques. Limited serialized numbering is also retained for selected high-rarity cards, adding further collectible value to the series.

With the exception of screenshot materials, the artwork and design assets featured in this series are exclusively customized for KAYOU. The complete set contains 186 card types divided into 13 rarity levels.

Rarity Design Overview

SE – 4 types

Fantasy Chapter under Mask

SE is an L5 high-rarity card type in Chapter Jin Series 4 and features limited serialized numbering of #/299. It represents one of the most limited collectible rarities in the set.

◇SP – 8 types

Gliding Canvas

◇SP is an upgraded version of the Ultra Canvas concept. Building upon the magazine-inspired layout and extreme-perspective composition of SP cards, ◇SP introduces a gold embossed process that adds a metallic sense of depth and a more three-dimensional visual experience.

The combination of gold, texture, and dimensional printing gives the artwork a stronger physical presence and premium collectible finish.

Each ◇SP design is limited to #/150.

SP – 8 types

Ultra Canvas

SP cards use a magazine-like layout combined with extreme-perspective composition to create a modern and energetic presentation.

Word art and other creative graphic elements are integrated into each design, allowing the characters and their ninjutsu to visually break beyond the traditional boundaries of the card artwork.

Each SP card is designed as a distinctive visual feature for its corresponding character and is limited to #/499.

AR – 8 types

Ukiyo-e Scrolls of Ninjas

AR cards reinterpret ninja battles through the style of traditional Japanese ukiyo-e.

Dramatic movements, meisho-e-inspired compositions, and controlled brushwork transform intense battles into illustrated art scrolls. Layered color-printing effects add visual depth while preserving the appearance of traditional artwork.

Each AR design is limited to #/777.

BP – 5 types

Starlight Memory

BP cards explore the theme of youth, dreams, and growth.

A star-filled sky represents the passage of time, while the past and present versions of the same character are combined through ink-painting-inspired brushwork. Star trails and ink-bloom effects strengthen the sense of memory and character development.

Each BP card is limited to #/999.

MR – 8 types

Furinkazan Formation

MR cards are built around the concept of the ultimate combination of ninjutsu and spirit.

Inspired by the phrase “Swift as wind, silent as forest, fierce as fire, firm as mountain,” the cards use special four-element frames. Distressed finishing techniques give the design a classical, brass-like texture and emphasize the traditional aesthetic of the series.

PU – 6 types

Letter from Another World

PU cards continue the parallel-universe concept by imagining the characters outside of their responsibilities as ninjas.

Characters appear in everyday outfits and peaceful settings, presented as if each card were a handwritten letter sent from another world. Soft lighting and refreshing colors create a relaxed visual style that contrasts with the battle-focused cards in the collection.

HR – 20 types

Moment on Air

HR cards combine an “On Air” broadcast concept with lenticular techniques.

As the viewing angle changes, the illustrations switch between images, creating an animation-like effect. Visual elements such as recorders, signal waves, and flickering counters complete the broadcast-inspired presentation and make each card feel like a captured moment from the story.

◇UR – 12 types

Graffiti Strike

◇UR brings the visual style of street art and graffiti into the Naruto universe.

Bright color blocks, bold contrasts, and high-saturation colors divide and highlight the characters with an energetic visual approach. The cards are designed to feel like characters have been painted directly onto a freshly sprayed graffiti wall.

UR – 24 types

Inking Ninjutsu

UR cards reinterpret ninjutsu through the fluidity of watercolor and traditional ink painting.

Watercolor effects represent the energy and temperature of chakra, while brushstrokes capture the movement and form of ninjutsu. Xuan-paper textures, ink blooming, and flying-white brush techniques turn each attack into a collectible ink-style artwork.

SSR – 13 types

Fateful Decision

SSR cards focus on the decisive moments that shape the growth of each ninja.

Dynamic character illustrations, silhouettes, and embossed lettering represent different stages of their journeys. Strong contrasts between light and shadow emphasize each character's determination and visualize the important choices that define their path.

SR – 20 types

Ninja Profile

SR cards present each character through the visual concept of an official ninja profile document.

Character illustrations are combined with ninja graphic icons and standardized information-record layouts. Details such as home village information, chart lines, paper textures, and archive-style marks give the cards the appearance of official ninja records.

R – 50 types

Memory Playback

R cards use the visual language of old video recorders to revisit important memories and moments from the Naruto storyline.

Film grain, projector-style lighting, mechanical video-player elements, and aged visual effects give the artwork the appearance of precious memories being replayed from an old recording. The design connects past events with the continuing journey of the ninjas in Naruto: Shippuden.
